The Cairngorm Brewery is a brewery situated within the confines of the Cairngorms National Park in Aviemore and was founded in 2001 with the merging of the Aviemore and Tomintoul Breweries. Keeping the traditional brewing methods alive and incorporating new age styles is their secret to success and the current capacity stands at 6,500 litres of ale per day. The brewery supports the Highland Tiger Project and makes a donation for each bottle of Wildcat beer sold for this purpose.
