Delhi

TraveLibro India Delhi Featured City
A crazy potpourri of relics from the past of various empires that invaded it, spacious Delhi, bursts at its seams with people from all walks of life. The capital city of India attracts crowds from across the world and the country for trade, sightseeing and the decadent shopping scene. There is enough disparity here though, with one end of a shopper’s delight being Sarojini Nagar in contrast to the fancy DLF Emporio and Capitol. With the Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah, and of course the Taj Mahal, Delhi is like an interesting and spellbinding extravaganza of history and culture. With unendingly varied cuisines, Khan Market, Chandni Chowk, The Big Chill, Karim’s, and the slightly more elite and artsy Hauz Khas will definitely put you in a delightful food coma! Love it or hate it, you can’t forget Delhi!
