Christ Church

Built in the 18th century and situated near the Ridge, the second oldest church in North India, Christ Church, largely catered to the Anglo-Indian population of the region. The yellow structure boasting of neo-Gothic architecture has a tower 90 ft tall, a round clock, a brass bell, six small bells, and a metal Cross on it. The five stained glass windows of the church depict the Christian virtues—Hope, Faith, Patience, Humility, and Fortitude. Be sure to view the pipe-organ of the church, which is the biggest in the Indian subcontinent and do catch a spectacular view of the shrine at night when lights placed in specific spots illuminate it.
